Do NOT rent here This is going to be a long review so please bear with me I was the first tenant at Shoreline when they opened and the management was great until I signed the lease There were multiple changes in management during my stay and even though the current one is more responsive its still just as bad as before Compared to my previous place where I stayed for over 6 years this has been an awful experience Management are very moneyminded and will do anything to make you pay more theyll say certain things are included in your rent initially but then deny it after you sign the lease The only redeeming factor of this building is its location however soundproofing doesnt work at all you can hear everything that your neighbors do from walking to intimate noises at night also some things like kitchen sinks were poorly installed and fell off by themselves once The fire alarm goes off every 12 months sometimes even weekly but management wont respond most of the time There have been many other incidents such as maintenance entering my unit without permission when I was home or denying visitors without telling me which forced me to contact Tenancy Branch while travelling abroad there has also been a lack of respect during inspections where someone messed up my apartment but never cleaned up afterwards moreover they changed payment platforms without informing anyone beforehand which made it difficult for me since I wasnt in town at that time Please reconsider your decision if you more ... hide ...

Im sharing my experience in order to offer advice to another young student who is considering this place No one warned me and I regret it as the establishment was incredibly disappointing To confirm the units were infested with silverfish pest control came twice but did not resolve the issue and I left within three months I have emailed management multiple times about this but have received no response The garbage chutes smell was so strong that it infiltrated my unit even though I was on the other side of the hall from it no wonder there were bugs The building is poorly maintained as well for example when paying for parking you must pay for 12 months at once instead of monthly and your assigned spot may not be available because others park wherever they want Additionally you don't get a clean unit light fixtures are full of dead bugs Others complained about ants in their kitchen drawers and shelves too To add insult to injury someone walked into my apartment once even though I had locked it It seems like management will do anything to get money which is quite sad In conclusion save yourself from this unsanitary living situation and find better accommodations elsewhere Rebuilding property from scratch would be ideal but good luck either way more ... hide ...

Jane Stevens and her husband have been contentedly living at Drewlo Apartment building in Kitcheners Victoria Place for two and a half years They are in the Hazelton suite a two bedroom option which they love The tenants are friendly and the halls are quiet their Superintendents often lend a helping hand should anything require attention Jane has especially 2022-09-26T23:02:18Z
Jane Stevens and her husband have been contentedly living at Drewlo Apartment building in Kitcheners Victoria Place for two and a half years They are in the Hazelton suite a two bedroom option which they love The tenants are friendly and the halls are quiet their Superintendents often lend a helping hand should anything require attention Jane has especially enjoyed having Victoria Park as her backyard when its nice out she goes for walks there often Recently the complex has begun renovating its pool and exercise area so while that is underway she takes up longer strolls through all seven floors of the building it takes her half an hour to complete this circuit In conclusion Jane cant say enough good things about where she lives I wont live anywhere else she declares with conviction they feel blessed to call this place home more ... hide ...

I was a resident of this property for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it unfortunately I had to move due to an employment opportunity in another city Jennie the building manager was a pleasure to work with she was always fair and accommodating The 247 service line was extremely helpful any issues were fixed promptly Additionally the people living there were friendly and created a sense of community The structure itself was impeccably clean and wellmaintained It is also petfriendly which is difficult to find nowadays they provide dog bags at each entrance as well as an outdoor dog run that my pups absolutely loved All in all I highly recommend this building as a great place to live more ... hide ...

Living in this building is a nightmare noise complaints daily management that doesnt care about tenants wellbeing and having to pay for hydro 150 parking 75 min storage and visitor parking Theres never anywhere easy to park so its not worth the 3k2 bedroom cost Plus the one elevator gets shut down all day for moving purposes Cannot wait to move out
