Renting a property from Holywell was a deplorable experience In under a month we were already regretting our decision Our landlords and their extended family were claiming the property as their primary residence though they werent living there We kept receiving mail for them such as Elections Canada ICBC and CERB cheques even collection notices from the daug 2022-11-01T04:32:18Z
Renting a property from Holywell was a deplorable experience In under a month we were already regretting our decision Our landlords and their extended family were claiming the property as their primary residence though they werent living there We kept receiving mail for them such as Elections Canada ICBC and CERB cheques even collection notices from the daughters boyfriends mother This caused our credit score to be damaged On top of it all when making the bed it was furnished we found a bag full of syringes underneath it The landlord tried to do an inspection in spite of COVID regulations prohibiting it Holywell did nothing to stop this either So many more things occurred that should never have happened but I wont go into detail suffice it to say if you rent from them youll be in for an extremely unpleasant experience with zero ethics involved more ... hide ...

This building is old smells of cigarettes and lacks air conditioning The hallways reek of smoke and the construction material is not up to modern standards resulting in much noise Those living here must face showers of sweat due to the lack of air conditioning as well as no amenities For a building with all these issues its unbelievable that rent starts at 1 2022-10-03T04:32:17Z
