Renting a property from Holywell was a deplorable experience. In under a month, we were already regretting our decision. Our landlords and their extended family were claiming the property as their primary residence, though they weren't living there. We kept receiving mail for them such as Elections Canada, ICBC and CERB cheques; even collection notices from the daughter's boyfriend's mother. This caused our credit score to be damaged. On top of it all, when making the bed (it was furnished), we found a bag full of syringes underneath it! The landlord tried to do an inspection in spite of COVID regulations prohibiting it; Holywell did nothing to stop this either! So many more things occurred that should never have happened but I won't go into detail - suffice it to say if you rent from them, you'll be in for an extremely unpleasant experience with zero ethics involved.
