I recently moved in and Im very content so far Sarah the property manager has been incredibly helpful through the entire process of looking for a place and up until movein day The area is perfect theres a Circle K right next to me and LoblawsHome Depot just across the roadway Algonquin College is only five minutes away by foot The prices are appropriate too 2022-10-29T21:32:18Z
I recently moved in and Im very content so far Sarah the property manager has been incredibly helpful through the entire process of looking for a place and up until movein day The area is perfect theres a Circle K right next to me and LoblawsHome Depot just across the roadway Algonquin College is only five minutes away by foot The prices are appropriate too No bugs or pests here either plus the apartment layout is pleasing to look at Additionally reviews from before said that the pool was not great but it looks nice now with lifeguards and security walking around Theres also an onsite fitness center that permits pets as well Id give this place four stars because its an older building with old appliances plus navigating around can be difficult due to oneway roads and various entrances which may inconvenience visitors occasionally Nonetheless my experience here has been wonderful thus far more ... hide ...

Since the new company took over my experience as a tenant has been okay They finally got rid of the cockroaches which had been infesting the building and they seem to take safety seriously However those are really the only positive aspects I am writing anonymously as aesthetically speaking the building is no longer pleasing changes have had an unexpected ef 2022-10-29T22:02:18Z
Since the new company took over my experience as a tenant has been okay They finally got rid of the cockroaches which had been infesting the building and they seem to take safety seriously However those are really the only positive aspects I am writing anonymously as aesthetically speaking the building is no longer pleasing changes have had an unexpected effect on me While most people may like a white colour scheme for interior and exterior walls it can be overly anxietyinducing for those with mental health issues even inducing claustrophobia Beforehand brickwork on external walls and cream paint with nice brown panelling in interior hallwayscorridors made it feel homely whereas now theres a hospitallike sterility Management may boast that this community is still beautiful but given they applied for an AGI during a pandemic when rents were frozen and many lost jobs or had to rely on government assistance just to survive its simply not true anymore more ... hide ...
