I recently moved in, and I'm very content so far. Sarah, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful through the entire process of looking for a place and up until move-in day. The area is perfect; there's a Circle K right next to me and Loblaws/Home Depot just across the roadway. Algonquin College is only five minutes away by foot. The prices are appropriate too! No bugs or pests here either, plus the apartment layout is pleasing to look at. Additionally, reviews from before said that the pool was not great but it looks nice now with lifeguards and security walking around. There's also an on-site fitness center that permits pets as well! I'd give this place four stars because it's an older building with old appliances, plus navigating around can be difficult due to one-way roads and various entrances; which may inconvenience visitors occasionally. Nonetheless, my experience here has been wonderful thus far!

I'm quite fond of my one-bedroom, top corner unit. The neighbors on either side are very pleasant, so it's usually peaceful. Although the place is ancient with a few peculiarities (like pipes that can be heard through the walls if you don't have a fan running), this spot is worth it for its affordability and locale. The main reason I only gave three stars is due to the high turnover in management – in my three years here already four property managers have come and gone. This has led to long wait times for repairs and minimal communication about when work will be done or changes made. Unfortunately, during COVID cleaning has been less than satisfactory; there have been fruit flies in one of the hand sanitizer dispensers for more than a week now!

Renters, beware: plumbing is terrible, with drains often backed up and temperatures fluctuating rapidly; electrical is antiquated and 15 Amp glass fuses cannot handle a powerful air-conditioner, leaving both bedrooms powerless; the cost is not worth what you get since the structure needs a revamp but Paramount would rather collect money than make repairs; staff attempts to help but the high rate of building managers being switched out should tell you something.
