This property has been a great place to live as it is managed by an excellent staff Neighbors are pleasant and the staff is friendly nice and lovely I am particularly grateful for Rita Kiss who works hard to keep this cozy building in good condition Recently the management upgraded the lighting system making it more efficient which is great Its location makes it suitable for families professionals and students alike as everything needed is close by The Universal Group have done their best to hire quality employees that create satisfaction among tenants myself included My only issue with this place was a flood that damaged many cars including my own without prior notice or compensation however since then the parking door has been armored Despite this minor issue I would still highly recommend this petfriendly clean and classy living space to those searching for one more ... hide ...

This downtown unit is a great place to live its very clean and white with highend applianceseven though its pricier than the average apartment Whats more there are no cockroaches or mice to worry aboutunlike in other parts of Halifax Its still cheaper than some highend buildings like the Maple The only downside is viewing the back side of Superstore and its 2022-10-12T01:02:17Z

Living in this Canadian apartment has been an excellent experience the rent is affordable parking is free and theres a laundry facility on site Ive been able to save money while here due to the lack of problems that arise Maintenance is topnotch and our superintendent Kim is always on point
