Homestead removed the Sandringham building 85 Range Roads page due to its awful reviews suggesting they are not honest Right across Balmoral these structures have identical management Unfortunately I cannot give it a zero star rating on Google Reviews It has been more than four years living here and every year there has been some type of construction project to raise the price of rent From 20142018 the building experienced renovations inside and out blocking fire exits and entryways at times with no parking available for tenants hallways common areas were updated including carpets and door locks changed individuals units were remodeled as well as pipesheating systems alteredall without proper 24 hour notice of entry Even on weekends construction is disruptive dirty and unpleasant for those living hereespecially if you have children or pets who would be exposed to loud noises Homestead should reduce the rent for this propertys occupants Construction forever more ... hide ...

I can highly recommend Highstreet Aspen View if youre looking for a place in beautiful Comox From the start Hayden Alycia and David the property management staff were absolutely wonderful to work with providing me with assistance and answering all my questions They even helped me find storage space for my kayak Moving is always stressful but these wonderful people made the process so smooth and organizedfrom application to orientationthat it was a pleasureThe apartment itself is gorgeous everything you need is within walking distance Its modern with high ceilings large windows that let in plenty of light and a great kitchen featuring quartz countertops and lots of cabinet space Plus theres a community lounge complete with pingpong table foosball table and kitchen plus an onsite gym with lots of machines and free weights which I love Highstreet Aspen View has done an amazing job creating such quality living here Im still swooning after moving in recentlyit almost feels like being at a resort rather than an apartment complex Im hoping to be part of this community for many years to come thank you Hayden Alycia and David for making me feel so welcome more ... hide ...

We have been living here since the building was erected and are extremely pleased The staff custodians and maintenance crew have all been very considerate and answer requests quickly Furthermore they keep us updated with the latest news The structure itself is sound and there isn't much noise transfer between apartments additionally its wellkept and tidy Plu 2022-10-29T10:02:20Z

Do not be deceived by these alluring units and enticements Unprofessional disorganized and incompetent service with property management and maintenance Furthermore neighbors are always arguing and shouting The hallways are saturated with the smell of cigarettes Whether you are a hectic fulltime parent or student it is not worth the bother When I moved in I encountered copious issues that took too long to fix or were never fixed at all From September 2016 move in to June 2017 present our roof has been leaking So far 5 people have examined the issue many roofing companies have supposedly attempted to patch up the roof As a result of this leakage I now have property damage Administration still refuses to supply me with the head managers contact info so I can make an official complaint Whats more is that management attempted to email me asking for consent to enter my apartment An hour later they intruded without my permission because of the emergency Not only was there no phone call made but they had never entered my apartment before without me being present when this problem occurred Additionally my cats became infested with fleas right after two or three months of move in something that had never happened before move in yet administration told me since it had been vacant for three months it was not their responsibilityI am extremely dissatisfied and would highly discourage people from staying at these apartments or dealing with Synercapital They lie more ... hide ...

Ive heard some grievances about Homestead but from my personal experience I havent had any difficulties Compared to other landlords horror stories Homestead does keep up with maintenance and will appear when asked They even went beyond the call of duty and did major renovations for example at Bradstreet they changed all windows restored elevators improved security cameras and entry system and substituted hallway light fixtures which must have cost more than what they were receiving in rent When it comes to overdue payments of which is probably due to pandemic too they are reasonable I lived in two buildings of theirs as a tenant and never had any serious problems Bradstreet NormandyThe staffs behavior towards me has been mixed yet usually professional I was always polite with them which was reciprocated by them In the reviews concerning Vicki specifically people said she wasnt the best but throughout our dealings with each other from viewing the unit to signing the lease there werent any issues like those mentioned in those complaints It could be that these reviewers were inappropriate so Vicki wouldnt tolerate it if so then I understand her stance Even though Homestead is a corporate landlord company there are still employees who care although strict on paperwork unless you really mess up then they wont nitpick rules too much If you experience an issue treat them respectfully or contact their head office at 80 Johnson if need be since personnel changes occur if necessary like the superintendent more ... hide ...
