I strongly advise anyone living in or looking to move to Kingston to check out the rental properties at 80 Virginia Street. The neighbourhood is peaceful and welcoming, plus the access to bus stops is convenient. The property manager is attentive and ensures all needs are met. Maintenance of the units appears to be a priority for the team, as evidenced by our tour of them - even though one room was slightly disarrayed due to recent tenants moving out. All in all, it was a very enjoyable visit!

My experience with CLV Group, beginning with Michelle, has been outstanding. From the start she was very accommodating to my schedule and made it a priority to stay past her shift for viewings. As a CCC, Michelle is knowledgeable and takes her role seriously beyond the job description. She's empathic and compassionate which enabled me to feel comfortable right away. I viewed apartments in Kingston with other property management companies but none compared to the level of service provided by Michelle; she even stayed in touch while I searched elsewhere. Ultimately I chose CLV Group because they could provide an excellent unit that was practically brand new! From Heather, Sarah Wanjon (Ottawa), maintenance personnel, and especially Michelle - everyone has treated me wonderfully. I want to point out that Michelle is a great asset; she should be recognized for her dedication, meticulous attention to detail, willingness to listen and care for tenants both current and prospective. Hopefully this will be my home for some time!

Do not be deceived by these alluring units and "enticements"! Unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent service with property management and maintenance! Furthermore, neighbors are always arguing and shouting! The hallways are saturated with the smell of cigarettes! Whether you are a hectic full-time parent or student, it is not worth the bother. When I moved in, I encountered copious issues that took too long to fix or were never fixed at all. From September 2016 (move in) to June 2017 (present), our roof has been leaking. So far 5 people have examined the issue; many roofing companies have supposedly "attempted" to patch up the roof. As a result of this leakage I now have property damage! Administration still refuses to supply me with the head manager's contact info so I can make an official complaint. What's more is that management attempted to email me asking for consent to enter my apartment. An hour later they intruded without my permission because of "the emergency". Not only was there no phone call made but they had never entered my apartment before without me being present when this problem occurred!
