2023-02-21T09:00:06ZMy husband and I had an amazing stay at the Laurel Apts. All the appliances were in good working order and if there were any issues, the landlord responded quickly. It is a great location for walking: The Bridgeport Plaza is right across the street, Princess Cinemas, 7 Shores Cafe, Library and Uptown Waterloo are all within 5-7 minutes away. If you like to run or jog then The Spurline Trail is close by and Waterloo Park isn’t too far either (about 10 mins). Parking is on a first come first serve basis but there are enough spots available. Lawncare and snow removal services are taken care of by the landlord.
