The building manager of Skyline was unkind and turned off the water outside preventing tenants from making improvements to the appearance This showed that they didnt care about the exterior or quality of life of their tenants which is a shame because the apartments are nice I have family friends living here and I don't understand why someone would choose to 2023-02-21T06:00:04Z
