I just renewed my lease for another two years making it three years that Ive lived here Oak Creek is a great place to live if youre on a budget low rent and all utilities included at a good price The apartment is spacious but without amenities like washerdryer units or microwaves The building itself is older but the price reflects this Roaches are an issue in the south but Ive never had any problems with them in my unit if it becomes an issue you can call maintenance and theyll spray Maintenance has always been quick to respond whenever we have had any needs which isn't often If you have decent credit and don't mind going up the street for laundry then I recommend Oak Creek as its in a safe area with plenty of dining and beer options near Avondale Estates plus being close to MARTA station with security its perfect more ... hide ...
