I would give zero stars if I could. "Upgraded" is just laminate flooring and repainted doors; the cupboards are gross, and there's wood rot under the sinks that's moldy. The closets have doors that don't fit, while the windows and buildings haven't been painted in 40 years. There's only one washer/dryer, which is rusty and can only do a quarter of a load - for which you pay up to $3.50! People with one-bedroom apartments get one parking spot; three-bedrooms get only one as well, but lots are full of junk cars belonging to people who need them for their jobs in subzero weather (with no guest parking). The parking lots are too dark at night, there's plenty of crime around the buildings, hallways haven't been shampooed in years (with food on walls and stains on floors), plus roaches in many suites occupied by seven or more people. We were new to town when we rented here - so thankful to have moved out! I definitely don't recommend it: save yourself hassle & look elsewhere. They're after your damage deposit & rent - but where does all this money go? Clearly not into upkeep!
