The maintenance of this apartment complex is the only positive aspect they do fix issues quickly Unfortunately the other amenities are not taken care of well the weight room has not been cleaned in nine months and the exercise machines are very dirty Additionally the bowling alley and game room are open only during office hours but most people work then so its a waste The pool area hardly gets cleaned and it took over a month for them to turn on its heat however now its cold again The entrances get cleaned once a month yet remain filthy with wasps and spiders present When I asked them to spray our unit due to spider infestation even on its third floor they did not do so There is also an apparent pest problem in its heating system that has gone unresolved too Moreover their computers and printers in the office building have been out of ink since I moved in nine months ago As a result there is no pride taken with these additional services that we pay extra for leading me to be frustrated all the time when my lease ends come August I will definitely look elsewhere It appears management used to be better couple years ago but has since gone downhill thus I advise avoiding this apartment at all cost from what other residents say too more ... hide ...
