This apartment is well-organized and has recently been renovated, with a green area in the rear. The residents are friendly and respect each other's boundaries; moreover, the soundproofing is excellent so we never hear any noise. The property manager is a wonderful woman who has been extremely helpful to us and easy to speak with. I can't really complain; however, I'm excited for when Covid restrictions loosen up so there will be greater access to the exercise room which is kept in perfect condition and has all necessary equipment.
