When I moved in, I was shocked to find the residence overrun with cockroaches. The landlord came and sprayed without prior warning, which caused me distress due to my emphysema. Furthermore, bathroom fixtures and the bathtub had some of their finish worn off. The kitchen was old-fashioned and unsightly. Additionally, the smoke detector would go off for no reason; when I told this to the landlord he said to change the battery even though there wasn't one installed! Maintenance came by but instead of solving problems he made them worse. If you decide to move out, it requires several inspections and too many phone calls from management (5 in 15 minutes) which interrupts your day. To top it all off, parking is limited including visitor spots; not to mention noise from sirens and traffic are considerations before settling here.

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
