We recently moved into Bridgwater Heights and Lara seemed nice and reliable at first Unfortunately the two parking stalls assigned to us were already taken by other people We went to Laras office three times but she was never there so we called 247 Client Care to explain the situation The agent was rude about our site manager making a mistake My mom emailed Lara four days ago and still hasnt received a response The agent said it would be fixed after the weekendwhen we needed the stalls mostbut when I called her today as promised she said it was out of her control and we had to talk with our site manager who is never available when tenants are free due to work commitments We left a note on one of the cars occupying our stall and got an answer saying they have been using that spot since they moved in so how is this 247 Client Care Despite all this we love living here because of its convenient location with lots of stores nearby keyless entry spacious rooms and closets insuite laundry dryer however your customer service could use some improvementespecially Adam who was very impatient rude towards us
