I would rate their customer service as very poor if I could Ive lived in the concrete building for four years and had no issues with noise from neighbors Maintenance was not good it took them almost four months to fix my closet shelves Before signing the lease when the building was still under construction management promised a lot of things such as storage underground parking at half price and closer parking which they didnt deliver on They often sent entry notices with less than 24 hours notice and underestimated how much time was needed for maintenance tasks In both of the past two summers because of Covid19 the pool has been unusable for far longer than any other facility then there were maintenance issues that lasted over a month without any communication from management The side doors werent working properly but were never fixed which is a huge safety hazard also anyone could get into the parkade due to an issue with the underground door which is dangerous The common area is okay I used it once but don't find it particularly impressive The gym is awful one TV has been broken for more than three years while treadmills randomly shut off and an elliptical doesnt work correctly anymore either definitely not what youd expect from luxury living complex standards Even when we moved out they messed up by coming at the wrong time
