When I began searching for an affordable and secure residence I was hesitant to look into the apartments in my hometown of Dekalb I had heard horror stories about them However Karen from the leasing office was so friendly that I decided to go check it out anyway To my surprise the grounds were wellmaintained and there were no broken windows or cars like before After viewing an older unit and being reassured about updates I filled out applications and documentation which took time to be approved then moved in The flat was updated nicely with a screenedin porch that quickly became one of my favorite features Maintenance responded quickly when we had urgent issues such as a broken toilet my son put something inside or a malfunctioning ceiling fan on the porch The neighborhood is very quiet with weekly lawn care valet trash pickup and common area cleaning services however pet owners don't always clean up after their animals near my building which can be smelly and leave nowhere for children to play outside apart from the pool or dog park nearby Although there were some kinks in setting up payments leading to a late fee overall this apartment is great value for money highly recommended more ... hide ...

Living at Timber Cove is an amazing experience Me and my boyfriend decided to stay here with our two dogs for a little over two years and recently renewed for another year The best part was that it was affordable and allowed us to have our pups Theres an offleash dog park and plenty of sidewalks surrounding the property so you can take your furry friend out on a walk without leaving Entryways are restricted plus theres an intercom system in the apartments so when orders arrive the driver can just call up from downstairs In addition guests can be buzzed in without you having to leave your unit Storage space is abundant too we have a large closet in the dining area a small one fit for my vacuum cleanermop in the hall another large one in our bedroom mediumsized one inside our bathroom as well as one outside Appliances were also almost brand new when we moved here Maintenance does annual fire alarm checks and fixes any problems quickly if they arise they even call pest control every month to make sure no uninvited bugs come visiting The neighbors are quiet and respectful while Crystal the property manager along with her staff are outstanding All things considered Timber Cove is both affordable and clean great place to live peacefully more ... hide ...
