I resided in this apartment for two years it was a decent place to live when the rent was 870 per month After new owners took over they raised the price to over 1200 per month The apartment is suitable for a single or couple but not much else due to its small size and lack of storage space The appliances are high quality and include a microwave fridge and oven however parking is chaotic as people park closest to their door regardless of blocking other people in Its manageable during winter if it isn't 40 outside but we had the heat on max yet still couldnt keep warm enough so we had to use an additional heater at our own expense The new owners are attempting to improve the building by responding to issues and repaving the parking lot last fall however there is still much that needs fixing such as drain flies from MayOctober which I reported multiple times but nothing was done except flushing drains This would be an acceptable place if rent stayed under 1000 but given all shortcomings at 1200 its better off somewhere else more ... hide ...
