The original impression of management was positive, but as requests for repairs were ignored and problems like sparking back burner on the oven, water with heavy chlorine taste and smell, furnace heating up in summer, and unrepaired flooring arose; moving out caused further issues. Maintenance staff harassed us with false noise complaints and police calls (which never happened other than for one break-in when the locks were supposed to be changed). My husband's health is now at risk due to our homelessness and things in storage. All in all, the town home is spacious but the office management could be better; lies are not necessary when we could have moved earlier if facts had been presented without malice.
