Mr. Kamalpreet (Property Manager) of CLV group made it possible for my friends and I to move into our 2 bedroom apartment on College Av. S. We are all very content with our place, as the staff of CLV group have been incredibly hospitable and promptly take care of any concerns we may have. Being international students, it is difficult to locate economical accommodation but Mr. Kamalpreet was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating with us. The apartment is kept in great condition and we feel fortunate to be living here amongst such good people.
I have resided in this building for a decade and really enjoyed my time here. I have made great friends throughout the years, some have left due to growing families, but we are still in touch. Managers are always available to help with any matters or inquiries. In summer there are organized picnics for tenants from all buildings, which is full of fun not only for adults but also activities arranged especially for children. The apartment is family-friendly and offers various amenities such as new laundry room facilities, an exercise room and a media room which feels luxurious like a movie theater. Some extra storage space is provided downstairs as well! Furthermore, Bayside Mall, bus terminal and downtown area can be reached within few minutes' walk. There are pharmacies, convenience stores and gas station nearby too; hair salons can be found close by as well! St Clair river waterfront is nearby where one can go on walks or boat trips with live music playing in summers; the farmers market every Wednesday & Saturday has abundance of fresh fruits/vegetables/baked goods/flowers etc; Bluewater bridge to US is only fifteen minutes drive away! I have been living in this building for 10 years, and my wife and I are both very fond of it. We have the advantage of a nearby park to walk our dogs in, and are permitted to keep cats as well. There is access to schools, churches, a community market and bus routes that lead to the downtown area; and close by there is the Sarnia Arena too. Restaurants, pharmacies and even a hospital can be found nearby. Recently an art gallery has opened up with an accompanying art walk growing in popularity; it's almost guaranteed that you'll see someone you know there when visiting. Additionally, cafes with young musicians playing music often line the streets as well as artists doing their own displays within neighboring establishments. The Bluewater Bridge is close by along with the St. Clair River for convenient shopping trips across America's border; plus highways are easily accessible from our location here too!
