The rent is inexpensive and the area is quite noisy, however, there are many nearby amenities. The number 6 bus makes it simple to travel throughout the Capital Region District. A brief 6 minute walk to Douglas will get you anywhere uptown and beyond. There's a Fairway market, cafes, book stores, restaurants and Crystal Pool all close by which makes this an ideal location for me. My neighbors are quiet and the property managers provide great service - issues are handled quickly ensuring everyone's safety. My tenancy has been a wonderful experience with them - I would highly recommend anyone looking for 1 or 2 bedrooms give Firm Management a call to apply for a place here!
