It has been nine years since we have been living in this building, and we currently have the most terrible management ever. For six months, our bathroom sink has not been usable; it is 40 years old, rusty with huge holes and dripping water. My family must resort to washing their hands and brushing their teeth in the kitchen. Manager Nick totally disregards our complaints - he only issues empty promises of fixing it each week. We are now considering speaking to a Toronto health inspector about this issue; potential renters should think twice before renting an apartment here.

Golden Equitys 1475 King St W property is an absolute catastrophe and Hana Krischke their superintendent is a true horror to work withrude unprofessional and irresponsible being only some of the words to describe her With a turnover of two superintendents per year who typically leave in tears or amid legal disputes and units in disrepair this landlord tenant relationship has resulted in malpractice and neglect to the point that it has become dangerous there was a fire caused by lack of upkeep on the buildings heater which put all units at risk for severe carbon monoxide smoke poisoning no heating for one month during winter pest problems throughout the building and a laughable offer of 20 Walmart space heaters as compensation There are presently hearings underway at the Ontario tenant board along with an active lawsuit against Golden Equityso if youre desperate for housing think twice before considering anything they manage more ... hide ...
