For six months, our bathroom sink has not been usable; it is 40 years old, rusty with huge holes and dripping water. My family must resort to washing their hands and brushing their teeth in the kitchen. Manager Nick totally disregards our complaints - he only issues empty promises of fixing it each week. We are now considering speaking to a Toronto health inspector about this issue; potential renters should think twice before renting an apartment here.

The 1 bedroom apartment at 9 Kingsbridge is great it has been recently renovated with new appliances and the building is peaceful and tidy Furthermore Cogirs incentives for signing a lease are quite generous Additionally the laundry room is of ample size for such a building and theres never a wait Plus getting inout of the parking lot to access Bathurst Stre
