We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping 2023-02-14T03:00:04Z
We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping children lifts breaking down every few days leading to long lines outside during rush hour security system failures that require someone from the 30th floor to come down and open the door and constant construction noise starting early in the morning except on Sundays if youre lucky enough that the fire bell doesnt go off Additionally theyve imposed a new moveout fee for weekends taking advantage of those who need to move in or out on those days due to their job The silver lining is that all amenities gym sauna pool etc were closed throughout our entire stay here due to Covid for our health benefit All things considered we will never come back here more ... hide ...
