Starting off this review, I want to make it clear that I am cognizant of the challenges posed by Covid-19 to construction and acknowledge this building was constructed right up until move-in day of Fall 2020. In saying that, my hope is that this review assists in improving the building rather than being mistaken as an angry resident's rant. Additionally, having lived at The Landmark 2 minutes away, a similar "upscale" living facility, I kept this in mind when reviewing. When it comes to noise levels here, it is very loud due to cars and construction all day as well as loud weekends. Hot water also takes over 5 minutes to get hot and only stays hot for 10 minutes max. Furthermore, ventilation changes are required every few months due to the black dust accumulating around fans and air ducts quickly which is gross and hard to clean frequently. Flooring is a light ceramic wood which scuffs easily making cleaning difficult unless you spend hours scrubbing it; moreover furniture provided is cheaply made rendering them uncomfortable for sitting or sleeping on with beds squeaking every time you move slightly.
