Living in several apartments during grad school, I can honestly say that this is the cleanest one I have ever moved into. The flooring was recently installed and all other areas were spotless--meaning no cleaning from me was necessary! Furthermore, the management team (Ellie especially) is very cooperative and accommodating. Compared to DTN, their signing procedure and tenant-oriented strategies are much better. Maintenance here executes in a timely manner as well. The community is perfect for graduate students; it's quiet and has free parking, heat, water--all of which results in lower utility bills. In addition to those benefits, the new washers & dryers (in every building) now use an app instead of quarters! Furthermore, there are trails nearby with a beautiful pond that you can explore. If you're looking for an affordable yet spacious & secure place to live then I highly recommend it here!
