When I moved from Japan to Canada to attend the University of Victoria, Verve was my home. The application process ran smoothly and it was a huge relief to have a place after such a long journey. My unit was incredibly modern with all its kitchen appliances, dryer, heater and overall look; it was even well-insulated so I never felt cold during one of Victoria's harsher winters. It had great security too—each tenant had to use an access fob for the first floor entrance and elevator. During my year-long stay there, I encountered many building managers but Luna has been by far the best manager; she always kept in touch via email or phone whenever needed and dealt with any issues quickly. Everyone should meet her as she does an amazing job at maintaining the building. Sadly due to difficulties finding a trustworthy roommate, I wasn't able to stay longer but Verve is highly recommended - if you're living there I hope you find it as welcoming as did!
