I cannot give this place any more than a negative star rating. I rented a suite at 611 Jefferson until Q1 of 2020 and was drawn by their lower rents compared to other apartments. How wrong I was! It was mouse-infested and had bed bugs too. I reported this multiple times but the caretaker, who had been pleasant when showing me around, gave no help whatsoever. To avoid being taken advantage of like I was, you should take photos before moving in and read the condition report that the caretaker will fill out when you leave. When I did so, they still deducted more than half my damage deposit simply because he wrote on his report that it wasn't clean - which is false as it was exactly how it had been when I moved in! Do not make the same mistake as me; this is without doubt THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE - they have no regard for their tenants whatsoever!
