I'm relieved that the bed bug issue is finally dealt with! It was a nightmare from September 2019 until February 2021, and pest control came often but it didn't make much of a difference since they were only treating the effects and not the source. The source was our downstairs neighbor who had been bringing stuff from outside into her unit. She eventually moved out, and I'm glad that Timbercreek/Hazelview have cracked down on this type of tenant. Our current neighbors are nice and quiet; we've never had problems with them, and the cleaner does her job properly. Even though I can't give this place five stars because when we moved in our unit needed painting, cleaning and updating (the stove was dirty; burners were old), I won't give it a bad rating as now we're content here without any issues. Plus, my job in rental property has taught me that whenever someone moves out with those old-style cabinets they always get replaced before new tenants sign their contracts!
