    Apartments with roaches abound; washers and dryers never functioning properly. The landlord is inept and will not turn on the heat in wintertime. They make every effort to prevent replacing defective appliances and those overrun with roaches. Good luck if you decide to reside here, it is revolting!

    This building is a nightmare the management is terrible the living conditions abysmal The superintendent Filomena has a bedbug problem but doesnt take action to prevent its spread to other units Shes lazy and rude and all that seems to get done are paint jobs on the hallways walls The laundry room is unusablenone of the washers work and the dryers burn cloth     more ...
