The Good and The Bad Its expensive to buy or rent a bit too high Heating is not comfortable its often too hot and when its cold temps dip into the negatives There are reviews about this issue in the attached hotel Most suites don't include gympool access you have to pay a lot around 80100month Pets are allowed but can cause messes like urine in elevators Appliances are average stainless steel but flooring is pretty bad according to some owners complaints Suites are small for the prices asked towers going up around might block any views you bought for No visitor parking and there are 5 levels so if youre lower down your life will be spent driving in and out of the building constantly Neighbourhood is sketchy but police presence helps make it feel safe The Good Security from hotel presence makes up for sketchiness of neighbourhood Manager is nice as well New building 2018 Great cabinetry and built in wardrobe Bathrooms nice but showertub combo may be wasteful space for one bedrooms In suite laundry included Close to Skytrain mall library groceries etc more ... hide ...

We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping 2023-02-14T03:00:04Z
We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping children lifts breaking down every few days leading to long lines outside during rush hour security system failures that require someone from the 30th floor to come down and open the door and constant construction noise starting early in the morning except on Sundays if youre lucky enough that the fire bell doesnt go off Additionally theyve imposed a new moveout fee for weekends taking advantage of those who need to move in or out on those days due to their job The silver lining is that all amenities gym sauna pool etc were closed throughout our entire stay here due to Covid for our health benefit All things considered we will never come back here more ... hide ...
