Im giving this place two stars due to the way they handled construction noise two years ago Despite my complaints their response was we don't care its not our problem This type of treatment is unacceptableThe good the apartment is close to the city center with a few bars and restaurants in walking distance it was clean when I moved in I got my full deposit back usually quietThe neutral rent is average for what you get appliances are outdated no contact with neighborsThe bad parking lot gate barely ever works despite being brought up multiple times with management no parking available since half the street spots are blocked by construction sites and the lot is always full office staff friendly but useless promises made don't get kept unless you go there multiple times in person When construction noise stopped leaf blowersgardening work started at 7am and I didnt complain anymore because I was moving out soon anyway more ... hide ...
