I'm giving this place two stars due to the way they handled construction noise two years ago. Despite my complaints, their response was "we don't care, it's not our problem". This type of treatment is unacceptable. The good: the apartment is close to the city center with a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; it was clean when I moved in; I got my full deposit back; usually quiet. The neutral: rent is average for what you get; appliances are outdated; no contact with neighbors. The bad: parking lot gate barely ever works despite being brought up multiple times with management; no parking available since half the street spots are blocked by construction sites and the lot is always full; office staff friendly but useless - promises made don't get kept unless you go there multiple times in person. When construction noise stopped, leaf blowers/gardening work started at 7am and I didn't complain anymore because I was moving out soon anyway.
