Living here for two years, I can say it's not great but not bad. Who you live near affects your experience with noise or smoking. Unfortunately, the building has no cameras and lax rules that cause messes in the hallways. Parking is free, underground spots are assigned and visitors park on the street usually. Break-ins and car theft are common so be sure to not leave valuables around or they'll be taken. Garbage disposal is easy as you just have to take it to the dumpster in underground parking lot whenever wanted with no set days for it. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers which work fine; buy a reloadable card at kiosk in lobby (for $1 fee) then use credit/debit card to reload it at machines ($2-$2.50 per load). There's a mailroom and parcel locker in lobby where Canada Post delivers without signature required; however management doesn't accept/hold parcels nor let FedEx/UPS inside unless buzzed by you. Management is good - dishwasher & bathroom sink were replaced quickly after breaking down respectively - but would give higher rating if cameras present + maintenance & cleanliness improved along with stricter rules enforced; nonetheless most people here (of all races & backgrounds including immigrants) are nice so feel f Living here for two years, I can say it's not great but not bad.
