I'm astonished by the critical feedback and below-par reviews I've seen. My stay at Baylor Place has been most enjoyable (aside from the neighbor upstairs who was very noisy and rude). The apartments are well-maintained, odorless, and free of any pests. Chantal and Yvonne, the managers, are sociable once you get to know them. Whenever I had a problem with my dishwasher or toilet it was promptly taken care of with one phone call. As long as you leave your apartment in the same condition you moved into it, getting back your security deposit is no issue. If we hadn't bought a house I would have stayed here longer; I will miss Baylor Place as well as its resident managers. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
