July 2021 saw me move to the Daniels Evolv building on Nicholas Ave, and I can safely say it's simply outstanding! The staff and management are super helpful and friendly, plus they keep the common areas of the building immaculate. It sports its own gym, movie theatre, penthouse lounge with 14ft high windows offering breathtaking views plus a lot more. You need to witness it yourself to really appreciate it. Moreover, the management organizes weekly movies in their theatre exclusively for those living in the building. With my entire life spent in a house until then, I can't make comparisons - but based on what I've experienced so far - this place fully deserves five stars! Prices may be slightly higher than usual yet you get your money's worth here; you won't find anything better for that amount of money. In all honesty, moving out is something I don't see myself doing anytime soon.
