Concert Properties should be avoided when it comes to renting--the building we were in was old and had a bad condition, despite the fresh paint. There were three elevators, but never all functioning at once. The appliances in each suite were beyond their usable life; while living there for two years, maintenance issues occurred almost monthly. Our refrigerator stopped working three times, ruining our groceries each time. Additionally, the heating and a/c system randomly quit working; it always took two days for the contractors to fix it.
