After I heard about how people can ruin a person's reputation, I knew that I needed to take action. Everyone at Stirling Park has been kind and helpful, showing that they are just doing their job. We need to be more aware of how we treat others, as those who insult them are actually reflecting upon themselves. If Claridge were to read this, it would be recommended for them to improve the quality of what they offer; for example, an apartment that was never lived in before was dirty and had damaged kitchen cupboard doors - needing painting and replacing ovens. The balcony needing scraping due to cement on it! Even yesterday the fire alarm went off three times for no good reason - so loud it could cause someone a heart attack! For the rent we pay Claridge should be embarrassed!!! Instead of maligning employees who work hard here at Stirling Park, our focus should go towards the company neglecting tenants while trying to make money. A gift basket is nice but free rent considering living in construction zone another two months would make more sense!
