I was given a 0-star ranking due to the atrocious service, repair, and maintenance from the Capreit rental office on Benny Crescent (Montreal). The machine for charging laundry carts is broken, so you cannot wash your clothes. The parking waiting lists were misplaced initially then an incomplete list was found. They have no idea who even has a parking spot so forget about having one after two years (even if they promise). Their records are fake and nobody will give you a reasonable answer to any questions. They never solve anything and always try to postpone it; for example, when the kitchen drain clogged we had to wait four days for it to be fixed! I am leaving this apartment without hesitation and would not advise anyone else renting from Capreit buildings; I've lived in this same building over 6 years but since FDL sold it to Capreit everything has changed drastically. My lease was renewed last year but this time around I won't be doing that - if you have other options available then do not consider renting from Capreit buildings.
