It's been two and a half months here, and I still don't have a mailbox. The pool is like a green lagoon with no effort to get it working for residents. Homeless people living in the parking lots, staying in unoccupied apartments, yet nothing is done. Several units have broken windows that remain unfixed. The laundry room has been broken into so often by homeless that it's only opened when the manager is present - though no one ever knows where they are. When I moved in, I was promised a dishwasher which was my primary reason for relocating; now they won't install one at all! Hot water isn't available half of the time either! The overflowing dumpsters fill the property with garbage and drug bags/needles can be found around kids' play areas. Residents' children destroy and vandalize objects such as windows, picnic tables, BBQ grills while adults do nothing to stop them; cars are also vandalized/broken into and homeless dig through dumpsters for cans or clothing items like copper wire. Roaches inhabit everywhere; this should be considered worst complex not just in Phoenix but the entire Southwest region!
