After being at this onebedroom apartment for two years I am happy to be moving soon Initially it was fine however the back of the complex had a lot of weeds and trash due to lack of upkeep Additionally I had a cockroach issue for multiple months before maintenance addressed it The front door had screws missing from day one and there were other issues that were ignored or painted over My sliding door was cracked up the side with wood coming off its frame As for security the gate was always open and when closed it would frequently break which hindered entry Furthermore there have been four separate leaks in my residence including a flood from a burst pipe that destroyed my furniture all within a weeks time of fixing a prior leak on my ceiling Other problems such as noise are common with apartments but luckily I didnt experience any car breakins Maintenance responded in time but never seemed to solve an issue until it became severe enough making pros seem outweighed by cons in comparison to other places at similar prices more ... hide ...

Living in this community for a while Ive seen many changes over the years such as ownership and staff The pandemic caused even more change however the staff do their best to maintain professionalism and kindness Last year I had some issues with my unit that took longer than normal to be fixed but since it was during a big change in staff due to the pandemic I understand Furthermore the property is usually clean with minimal problems though one time I experienced a scorpion which was an anomaly My neighbors are nice and building is silent typical of apartment living There have been occasions where someone else is parked in my spot or contractors blocking me in but its not too inconvenient Safetywise there havent been any major concerns except for people driving erratically around the complex at high speeds narrowly missing both maintenance personnel and other residents on multiple occasions As far as package delivery goes sometimes they end up at different units or get taken from my front door depending on integrity of people involved Despite these minor annoyances overall Im delighted to call this place home so long as management allows me to renew my lease every year more ... hide ...
