    UWP residences are expensive; in my first year a room in a 3 bedroom unit was approximately $730/month. The quality of these accommodations is mediocre at best: small rooms and cramped living spaces, plus walls that are paper thin. The only benefit of staying here is the proximity to campus buildings and the plaza; otherwise one could find much better options for the same price, such as an ensuite room or a one bedroom apartment or bachelor pad.

    Living in the residence during my first year was not ideal. Privacy is provided, along with a kitchen and decent living space. It's very close to the engineering buildings as well as the plaza, and also happens to be one of the most budget-friendly suites. Unfortunately, rooms are small and equipment is outdated; there aren't many facilities either. Ultimately, it's still an okay place to stay.
