The lobby of this building looks attractive due to the marble tiles, which was why I chose to rent here. Unfortunately, the A/C won't turn on until the landlord "turns it on," and this process can take weeks. Summertime in this apartment is unbearable if they don't turn it on. The unit itself is roomy, but three of the bedrooms do not have windows that open, so if you want fresh air then you won't get it here. Additionally, the refrigerator is smaller than usual and the tap provides lukewarm water before gradually cooling down; however, they refuse to repair this issue.
