Apartments are great aesthetically and have excellent soundproofing, but the appliances included aren't of top quality. The admin staff is friendly and supportive, however the reviews from other customers are true: the management team doesn't prioritize clients and their customer service approach is lacking. Considering how expensive these apartments are and how they promote their services on their site, it's highly unsatisfactory. Adding to that, there's no parking for visitors which also isn't ideal for apartments situated centrally.

In the past two years living here, I can verify that most of the unfavorable reviews are accurate. There is no concierge, security or management personnel onsite- they only make an appearance to inspect units. Break-ins to garages have occurred and bicycles were stolen, furthermore policies such as no smoking are not enforced due to lack of staff. Additional services like exterior window cleaning that come standard with other apartments at this rate do not exist here. Furthermore, inquiries from tenants are answered very slowly; one side of the elevator has been inoperable for months and now the other one has gone out as well. This company's buildings do not justify their cost considering location is its only benefit; thus I am not extending my lease and would advise others to look elsewhere.
