I would highly advise against living here. This apartment complex is overrun by cockroaches; Yelp reviews illustrate this. As soon as I moved in and removed the sink drain plug, they started crawling out. The leasing office responded kindly, but their kindness did not resolve the problem. They got an external pest control business to treat the area every Thursday, but it was still infested after regular treatments. To get a successful treatment you have to empty your kitchen and bathroom cabinets and closets each week so that it can be done properly - this is a big hassle! All of my dry food has been put into tight containers and I'm wiping down sinks/shower after use but they're everywhere: bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Treatments are conducted on other units too but if everyone doesn't do it properly then cockroaches will re-enter the unit through walls regardless of treatments. Apart from this there are other issues like heat in bedrooms during summer (despite AC in living room), leaky sink shortly after moving in and expensive utilities each month - altogether horrible experience! It's wrong to deceive people with false advertising when actual condition is so bad due to infestation needing urgent attention!
