We relocated in December 2021 and, since we have a large dog, this was a major factor in picking this facility. I'll share my pros, cons, and other opinions on the premises for anyone currently looking; however, I won't include price info as it has skyrocketed like most OC housing. Pros: parking is very convenient and the gated area provides some serenity; close to downtown Fullerton activities—I've gone to numerous open mics, stand-up comedy shows & poetry readings that I wouldn't have done in my prior city (there's also a big bar scene); April–September farmers market; easy access to dog relief spots & historic neighborhoods if you have extra time; leasing office quickly addressed all of my concerns; close proximity to Fullerton loop hiking trail & Hillcrest Park; included appliances are pretty decent (e.g., electric range, large dishwasher, fridge & Nest); while windows are thin they're large which allows lots of natural light.
