The staff at this place have been really accommodating to me and even kept my apartment reserved for a couple of days while I was searching for a new one. This place has been recently renovated and had good quality vinyl flooring. The size is very spacious but unfortunately there isn't much storage space apart from the pantry. Other apartments I looked at had different layouts. There's an in-house pool which is quite shallow but ideal for swimming laps or just relaxing, and it's never crowded either as it's occasionally closed for water testing. The sauna is great as well! My balcony provides plenty of extra space to keep plants, read or work, even during winter - however, it does get quite warm on warmer winter days which can be solved by keeping the balcony open at night or installing an AC in the bedroom. Lastly, although it can be inconvenient getting into the underground parking from pembina - its very affordable compared to outdoor parking elsewhere and also offers ample space for visitors who plan on staying overnight!
