I resided at Platform for two years (July 2020-August 2022) and looking back, I wouldn't recommend it. Had I known in advance the standard of experience, I'd have searched for a different complex nearby even if it meant paying more. Safety and security were problematic in many ways - my bike was stolen while locked on the community bike rack (which happened to many tenants). Card readers, elevators and parking gates were frequently broken or out of service. Halfway through my tenancy shoring was placed on all balconies with no subsequent work being done as of October 2022. This likely relates to structural issues but this has not been confirmed. Management did nothing to address any of these matters across the whole complex. My toilet was broken throughout my stay - needing fixing multiple times which maintenance only provided temporary solutions for; ultimately I had to fix it myself several times and learn how to manage it when faulty. The lease comes with extra fees plus unasked-for programs such as Fetch which used to be a much better locker system package delivery system before its implementation during my first lease period.
