I'm glad I dodged a bullet by reading reviews before considering the location. I was looking for an ASAP move and contacted them; Mannie gave me a positive and professional experience, sending me a link to take a virtual tour right away. The following day, I spoke with Ryan about the apartment and asked about the next steps if I wanted to go forward. They mixed up the date of availability, but instead of correcting it, Ryan was really rude with their tone (saying "WE DONT HAVE A APARTMENT AVAILABLE THAT DAY!!!!"). However, I decided to still continue on with the conversation and asked if any applications were in process so that I could decide if filling out one would be worth my time. It turned out that other people were viewing it and someone had already filled one out. Filling out their application was more intrusive than usual - so many questions/documents needed! When following up again to ask questions regarding it, regrettably Ryan answered again - still very condescendingly.
