This place is definite not for you if you don't want to go without hot water for weeks be surrounded by a jungletrash yard lack of pool outdated appliances deplorable customer service and broken laundry dryers After the new management took over conditions have only gotten worse Maintenance crew that used to maintain the apartment exteriors have been completely withdrawn garbage is strewn everywhere and the tall grass makes it look like a jungle outside Living here has become embarrassing They don't even inform us when something gets damaged and I wasted money trying to use the dryers which were nonfunctional Its been seven months since Ive moved in and still no sign of the pool being opened Other residents have reported this place was always problematic however now its reached an unimaginable level of degradation Even though I like its location nobody should be living here under these conditionsyoud do better spending your money somewhere else more ... hide ...

This place is horrible and the people running it are no better Not only has our AC been out for over a month but the heating element in our hot water heater is almost completely out so we cant even take a warm bath The oven doesnt work properly either and the apartment itself is rundown and trashy To make matters worse when we moved in it was filthy like the 2023-01-05T21:00:03Z
This place is horrible and the people running it are no better Not only has our AC been out for over a month but the heating element in our hot water heater is almost completely out so we cant even take a warm bath The oven doesnt work properly either and the apartment itself is rundown and trashy To make matters worse when we moved in it was filthy like the landlord hadnt done anything to clean it beforehand On top of all this theyre charging higher rent than other places that are much nicer but since those ones were full we had to settle for this one since staying in a motel for months would be even more expensive I recently ran into their maintenance man who told me that the owner had been emptying out their banking accounts so they were unable to do repairs so now their previous manager quit and a new lady has taken over She tried to barge into our place but I had deadbolts locked since I was naked at the time When I finally opened the door she said there was no lease on file for us which isn't true since theres one in my brotherinlaws name then said Im an unauthorized tenant and have no right to be here regardless of previous management knowing Id been living here months prior without incident Her aggressive tone from start made her come off as if wed done something wrong when really its not our fault that their other more ... hide ...
